8. The Undertaker:

Let me tell you that on October 23rd, 2003, Brock was defeated by The Undertaker at SmackDown. Brock's business manager, Paul Heyman, was then SmackDown's general manager. Then Paul changed Brock's rule 3 times to win Brock, but Broke could not win.
